I ordered samsung watch 4 through Jumbo electronics online. I received defective product. I ask customer care for replacement, but they are saying "You have to come to shop for return".
Worst experience.
Then I visited shop and given my product for replacement on the same date of delivery. 9 days completed still i didn't receive my product, they told 2 days
They said replacement also not sure...Worst ever shopping. Don't use Jumbo Online.

I highly recommend this branch, i went there to buy a new mobile, the staff were very professional knowing all the specifications and extremely helpful , also I liked that there are alot of options to chose from ????????????????????.

Excellent sales team... Special mention to the lady in the store named Hala, super ability to multi task and manage multiple question at a time, excllent convincing power. We bought multiple things from there due to hala's way of handling the customers. Also the leader of the pack Mr. Sanjay (Store Incharge or the Manager) he supported us for all small insights and small details abt the products which were not even mentioned. Products we bought were QLED TV, home theater and accessories.
Thanks a lot team for the guidance and helping us to buy best of the products at best Prices.
