If I can give it a -1 I would, I just came
I’m from the branch in Zahia Mall and the salesperson was extremely rude, I didn’t want to stay any longer in that shop. I like your products but if this is the service that we are getting as customers I’m not sure if I’d ever come back or recommend you it to anyone I know. The salesperson was not In the mood to be in the shop and actually grabbed the item from my hand. In what universe is this acceptable. Word to the wise DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!!!

The salesperson is super rude for no reason would’ve loved to buy something but didn’t feel right buying from this place after being treated like that

I have recently moved to this practice after having issues with my previous. I cannot fault them, super efficient and never a problem with getting advice/call back from GP which is wonderful assurance as I have a hereditary, genetic nerve disease which is incurable.
It’s easy to get through the the practice and never a problem making an appointment. Repeat prescription service is among the most efficient I have come across.
The reception staff are well presented, polite, well trained and always willing to help and the nurses are wonderful.
One of the best practices in the city.

Took doctors over three months to send me to a specialist with a huge swollen knee. Keep making assumptions about what could it could be, 5 months ago now and I still don’t know what is wrong with my knee.
Second, my daughter vomiting for three days and got told today that she has a belly bug and go home and drink slowly. She is drying out because can’t have a drop of water to drink without vomiting a gallon back out. This is my experience at this gp practice. Feel like I could be a dr in this place too, i can assume things and send people home too. Actually this could be a review of the whole nhs and I think many of us will agree, So go home and get better everybody

Anyone who complains about this brilliant practise I will never understand. I have been a patient here for twenty years and I have never once had an issue with any member of staff. The GPs are approachable friendly approachable compassionate and caring. Every single member of the team from the top downwards do a fantastic job under difficult and stressful situations and they are an absolute credit to the practise. From the Doctors to the cleaning staff I thank you from the bottom of my heart. God bless you all each and every one of you. Xxxx

Obviously it's never good if you need to get doctors advise but this place is something you could never be disappointed about. Professional doctors and nurses but at the same time they make you feel special. It's been 8 years already since I belong to them and never been disappointed! Thank you so much for your hard and professional work !

Absolutely shocking. As a doctor you have a responsibility to care for a patient. Even if it's only 45 min left before the surgery will close. An emergency, potential life threatening situation was happening yesterday. Not even advice about calling NHS 24. Disgusting. Actually it was a neglect towards a patient who is seriously ill. This will be taking further.

I moved from kirkcaldy to inverness and this was my doctors for 3 years, all the doctors here are amazing! They were always there to help, I seen Dr Tilman von delft the most he was a great doctor. I miss this surgery now that I've moved back to Kirkcaldy. I would definitely recommend.

What a brilliant practice this is! Fantastic care provided and everything is explained. They organised hospital appointments and set up further investigation in double-quick time; and I'd only just registered with them.
