I ordered it from the ordering machine it didn't give me the order number..when I went at the payment counter they told me that they received the order and it's in queue..i waited for almost 30mins for that order and then I asked them that where's the order that Indian lady refused stating which order..I had to ask manager to get my order...They charge you for making your fries spicy and don't put much spicy powder on it...The bun they use it for that expensive mighty zinger burger was the stale bun...I believe this is the only branch which is having alot of issues in terms of Pathetic Customer Service, Staff Behaviour(Bad Attitude) and Not meeting that KFC quality Food..Also, they can't even handle large volume of Customers...they literally panic...learn it from McDonald's.

As usual, I ordered online, in the application I received a confirmation that the food is ready to be picked up, when I reached, they were still didn't even start checking my order. Food quality is okay

The food is good ,but this KFC Branch smells bad i didn't have a good experience .The bathroom smell was unbelievable when i ordered i went to wash my hand the bathroom wasn't clean Neither did my table where the guy cleaned. There were still places on my table that were oily/ sticky . The moment someone goes to the bathroom and opens the door the entire restaurant starts smelling bad,yes it's THAT BAD!
The place, food,decoration and design are neat .but the costume service are horrible.

The guy named Mohammad was very rude and his behavior was not nice At all, it was bad experience today at KFC.. they should train the staff to talk nicely atleast..

Wooowoo woo I was really surprised by the delivery made by Mr. Mahmoud Khallaf, he was so fast, so pleasing. Unbelievable...I swear, I just ordered KFC sitting on the Sofa, got up and went into the kitchen to bring something and the bell rang...If am not wrong he has taken only 4 minutes to deliver my Order. I have the proof Gentlemen. KFC is unique in its taste and we all love it, but quick & honest people like Mr. Mahmoud Khallaf make it even more better by doing their Job so well. I wish Mahmoud all the best for his rest of his season..

Ordered on the machine, waited for 20 minutes. She tells me,'The bill wasn't there with the person who cooks. Just wait it'll come.' Really poor service.

Horrible outlet. Their staff is extremely slow. You still have to wait in line of payment even though you have payed online because apparently that is their rule.

Not a proper bank, just Cash machines. If you need anything else this "bank" is unable to help.
