Here Pizza Hut's pizza is not good at all. Such dough is simply made and served, isn't it? Some good chicken is added. There are only two or three pieces of chicken in the middle.????????My Country Pakistan Pizza is very nice Pizza Hut.????

This pizza hut doesn’t even need 1 star . 2 days back I ordered kids meal from them for my 3 years old he was eating and suddenly he was making vomit faces so i ate that pizza and it was so bad the cheese was stale. Next morning my son had 3 big watery vomitings and he got admitted in Canadian hospital and dr clearly says it happens if cheese was stale very disgusting

We ordered delivery through their website. It came perfectly on time and hot. But the Pizza was not the same as before.. The quality has gone down and not worth any more. The most disappointing was the Tandoori Paneer. No traces of any Tandoori flavour literally as if someone forgot to put the sauce. The Paneer itself was white and bland... But loaded with just Chillies that was the only flavor.

They were so bad in delivering the pizza they brought us a wrong pizza which was not what we ordered,plus the delivery man was racist and took some of our fries

Worst experience, placed order 4.50 pm, scheduled dlvery was 6.30 pm its 9.20 pm now, still don't know where is my order. 3 times called customer service every time lame excuses.

I ordered two pizza online yesterday from them for pickup from store and when i bought them home both pizzas were burnt and not eatable at all, and when i called the customer care they connected my call to the store manager after repeated attempts to connect him who instead of apologizing and sending me home delivery of replacement of my pizzas asked me to come back to the store and collect the parcel and when I collected back the parcel i found this time gave me wrong pizzas which I didn’t order.
So i am highly disappointed with @americanagroup outlet service.

Came across this outlet and found none of the tables were cleaned. They should hire some cleaner rather than involving the cashier to clean..!
