My dinner experience at KFC Dubai last night was quite satisfying. The restaurant's inviting ambiance and friendly staff made for a pleasant visit. As a fan of their classic fried chicken, I was not disappointed. The crispy and flavorful coating of the chicken was consistent with KFC's renowned taste. The meal was served promptly and was hot, indicating good attention to freshness.

However, there were some minor drawbacks. The menu seemed a bit limited, with fewer choices compared to other fast-food chains. Additionally, the seating area was a bit crowded, which made social distancing a challenge. Despite these issues, the taste and quality of the food overshadowed any inconveniences.

What stood out was the excellent customer service. The staff was attentive and helpful, ensuring that our dining experience was comfortable. The pricing was reasonable for the portion sizes and quality provided.

All in all, my dinner at KFC Dubai was enjoyable, thanks to the mouthwatering chicken and commendable service. While there were a few areas that could be improved, it remains a reliable choice for a quick and tasty meal.

We had awesome B'day party over there, Mr. SHAD was energetic MC host the party and throughout party every guest enjoyed a great party. Everything arranged very well we just went with cake. Everything managed by them superb decorated. Thank you Mr. Shad.

Worst kfc that i have ever encountered . Dont know whether the problem is with the store or kfc itself . I have never ever even a single time had so bad food in india in kfc and this store always disappoints me .Both the dips were missing from my order and the strips were so bad salty and not a single bit of crunchiness was there . And no one picks the call in store and upon asking the store they just tell me that i have not ordered the spicy one . Can anybody explain me the relation between spicyness and crunchiness. Please dont order from this store

KFC fried chicken tastes good because it is formulated to taste good. Sure they brag about their 11 herbs and spices, which is great, but that's not what you are tasting when you bite into some extra tasty crispy. You are tasting sweet, salty, and umami, or savoriness.

KFC is the passion for most people. I am that kind of one. I tried KFC Lay's Strips, it's very far from normal strips. The fully loaded french fries are unlikely to me, because of my indian taste. Loaded cheese with jalapeno peppers, it's like an arab dish. Spend your evening and holiday with KFC.

The worst service, worst staff and cheating with customers,

Bad food,

1) Original KFC as we all know, it's crispy and it has layers or bread types of food and crispy but here as u can see no such layers and very smelly not cook properly,

2) cheating with customers, I order a bucket for two and said I need spicy fries, the cashier said I have to pay 1 Dirham extra which I paid. Then she give me one medium pack spicy and
2 small pack non spicy, I asked her give all spicy she said I have to pay 2 more Dirham I said why, she said one dirmah for each package I said pack all in one and give me spicy she said no..

when I order meal for two then why u pack fires in 3 packet? I asked,

But she is not ready to talk also and said other customers are waiting ..

She should pack the fries as two medium size instead of 1 medium and 2 small.

Very rough behavior of the cashier..

VERY DIRTY AND THE CHICKEN WAS REALLY COLD AND IT TASTED REALLY WEIRD IVE BEEN EATING KFC ALL MY LIFE AND THIS IS THE WORST ONE IVE BEEN TO I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had very very bad experience with such international brand KFC Sharjah Alnahda Branch.
The chicken was totally uncooked, not at all crispy, fully soft and wet .Waste of Money.
We called the delivery boy and he replied he can’t do anything call the branch and there is no branch number for KFC,when I tried customer care it’s not having service after 2:00 AM.
From this I experienced never trust on brand , sometimes local restaurants can give us more satisfaction.
