I recently visited Hardy's with high hopes of enjoying a satisfying burger, but unfortunately, my experience left me thoroughly disappointed. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that something was amiss.

First and foremost, the burger I received was far from appetizing. To my dismay, it had strange holes on it that seemed rather unappetizing. When I approached the server and inquired about these peculiar marks, I was met with a dismissive response, stating they were nothing more than "boil marks." Such an explanation did little to alleviate my concerns, as it left me questioning the quality and hygiene standards of the establishment.

Adding to my disappointment was the abysmal service I encountered. The server I interacted with appeared disinterested and lacked the basic courtesy one would expect in a restaurant setting. Their dismissive attitude and lack of willingness to address my concerns only compounded my dissatisfaction.

Furthermore, the overall quality of the food fell short of my expectations. The taste was peculiar and not what I had anticipated when visiting a burger establishment. The combination of odd flavors and the unappetizing appearance of the burger left me with an unpleasant dining experience.

Given the aforementioned issues with both the food and service, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Hardy's to others. My visit was marred by the unappetizing burger, unhelpful service, and an overall lackluster experience. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and strives to improve their quality control and customer service standards in the future.

Based on my encounter, I would strongly advise exploring other dining options in the area for a more enjoyable and satisfying burger experience.

Compared to other branches, we felt the taste and quality of the food to be less here.

Prices are super economical. Place is ok ✅ compare to prices and offers. However it requires a deep cleaning and slight maintenance to upgrade its experience. Drinks ???? are bottom less as it’s offer in all Hardee’s outlets. The staff might ask you that drinks can refills only once but you can refill multiple times and change the drinks every time. They will give you one cup with one deal.

I tried their super savers deals. So overall it was much economical. It cost ???? only 12 AED to 18 AED with chicken and beef menu deal. The parking is paid and it’s free on weekend and after 10 pm on weekdays. The outlet has also an outdoor seating but there is no ac available in that area. It also has an Drive through option but it’s very tight so be careful while drive.

Overall experience 3 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️ as it’s same food as every outlet but due to cleaning it require little attention.

This branch of Hardee's, along with few other food brands, is very well located on Dubai-Sharjah road. Nice sitting arrangement though we were there for a take away. The beef mushroom burger was very good, along with curly fries. We always prefer char grilled Hardee's burgers over others.

Earlier there is 10aed meal but now make it 11aed and they saying no refilling for drinks.
Is this true and same in all outlets ?
As I am regular customer for Hardees in different outlets Nd we didn't hear this that they stopped refilling for drinks.

They keep messing up with the orders
Happened 3 times with me
Either an entire burger is missing or they just forgot the curly fries or they made everything spicy when I asked them not to. Just sad

I love hardees ! But i buy a LOADED FRIES by 12 aed and i get this i wish that there a place i can post this picture of the plate ! No one ordered this dish it’s not recommended !
