Visited Khaadi Sharjah city centre branch and loved the beautiful latest winter collection.
All new designs & styles are updated.
Formal & casual wear available
Beautiful deep colours and quality stuff.

Worse customer service ever. Please do not make your purchases online on khaadi website because if you want to make any returns then you'd have to chase them as on their website you will not find any customer service number. They only have customer service email so just email and keep waiting till someone helps you out or not. With such difficulty I find out customer service number from their Facebook page. I called them and they're as stupid as their website. Each staff will say different things and only your blood will boil speaking to them. I am regretting my purchase. I got the incorrect size and now all they have told me that a delivery guy will come to collect the order back and I have recieved no reciept of this by email. They said after I return the items they will give me voucher of the same value. I definitely don't trust these people. Please do not waste your time or money on such a brand.

Very bad customer service. The 2 sales girl was busy talking. I asked them to help me with sizes. ROZA she said what's there in display only. She didn't bother to even come. We came all the way from Jebel Ali, after asking where do we get Gul Ahmed collections.
But there was one sales guy named ALI , HE WAS AMAZING. he was fasting but he tried to help. He showed the sizes which BTW Roza said is not in stock.
But Ali showed us the size from drawers.
Very good sales man.
If these kind of girls are at counter, the store will close.

The staff is really friendly and fast. The stuff is good too with a variety of Pakistani designs.

Visited the store today and had a wonderful experience. The sales assistant ( she may have been Nigerian) was very helpful and happily opened up packets so l could examine the material. The lady cashier was also professional.
The store could have a bigger stock of items. Sadly the full range is not there.

Khaadi brand has a wide selection of pakistani suits. Though the suits are of similar kind as Indian ethnic wear brands the color choices and aesthetics are uniquely different. collections are added each season and festive occasion. Old collections go on sale sometimes. This branch is good and staff are very helpful. But not all pieces seen online are in stock.

BEAWARE about this company. What you see online IS NOT what you get. If there's an option for a ---- star I would rank them HIGH on that.
Their online images show something & what's delivered is with missing accessories. e.g. any tassels, neck pattern, wrist patterns are all missing. Their website does not highlight this.

To top it off with pathetic customer care, in spite of multiple emails & calls they make you go in circles without a solution & keep repeating that there can be a colour variance whereas my issue was with the missing parts of the suit.

They refused to give a refund & force you to take a store credit with validity of ONLY 21 days.
