It’s one of our go to “comfort food places” when we visit the city centre. The food is served very fresh and tasty. The service is also good. I can see that the place is quite popular from the long queue in front of the shop, even on weekdays! We usually have the combo meal that comes with rice or/and noodles, a vegetable spring roll, 2 side dishes of your choice and a drink. Their portion size is also very decent.

The Food is Super Tasty for Spicy and Chinese food Lovers. But the only issue is the Staff they ignore the customers needs they just say anything which all customer don’t like and they lie about the food saying it’s already over but later taking another dish I can see that a new already filled back so need to have a good serving agent for better customer experience. They don’t want to work. I have seen another customer they only requested to make the food hot because it was served cold and the agent was making excuses and trying to just ignore to not help them.

We expected Hot and Spicy Food, Instead of that we received cold food already made and displayed over there, Cost 40 aed for combo , but seems not at all worth for penny. But service is good, Friendly staff.

Orange chicken was old , I hated it why dont they throw it away instead gave it to me. expensive too for delivery not worth it

They don’t cook fresh
They warm the same dishes over and over again for years if u don’t believe me try it urself (Sharjah city center branch)

Very bad experience .. we got more chillies then chicken .. if any one want RED chillies pls visit this places .. also no respect for customer ..

The staff at the City centre Sharjah are not customer service oriented. After he served my order he started with the other customer while I stood and waited for drink and payment. His colleague didn't offer to help till he asked her. Though they had both seen that I had to wait 15 min already as the noodles were not ready.

The food is not even warm, spring roll is soggy and beef is not tender and all lack flavour. Its a waste of money for a portion of noodles and 2 tablespoon of each dish. Wouldn't recommend.

I would like to appreciate the quick response of the management to response back to each and everyone. Atleast they read the reviews and hopefully would correct the issues. Thanks again for listening and responding.

I cannot tell you how absolutely terrible the experience was. I ordered a combo today and what I received was a combo with a hair in it. I ordered from Zomato. There was no issue in contactless delivery but the food itself was the problem. I lodged a complaint with Zomato and the restaurant called me then saying they're offering a free coupon for another dish to which I responded that I cannot believe they expect me to trust in their kitchen again. So she's like I'll talk to my colleague and has disappeared. Anywho I think I should warn anyone planning to eat here that it is unsanitary.

Update: Their manager Gino called me and was very apologetic about the ordeal and was extremely organized in his conduct to redress the situation. He tried his best to provide different options like a different dish or so as a token of apology which really that was not something I was looking for. Eventually we agreed to a refund and he ensured to see through the process. He also informed me that the package that is delivered is quite different from what is served at the store and so it is better if you eat at the outlet rather than order.
