Beautiful store, specially Omega boutique. It’s not my first time with rivoli, i am very regular client of Rivoli group.
I would like to thank Clifford for explaining me about beautiful timepiece mechanisms. Unfortunately I didn’t get what i was looking for but i am sure Clifford will arrange the timepiece and notify me.

Had visited rivoli al zahia for servicing my watch a week back. I must say the watch technician Mr. Pramod is quite good at his work and his recomendation helped me. These days recommendations are always keeping business benefit in mind. I appreciate honest recomendations which is customer focused. Thumbs up for having such staff resources.

I wanted a watch and met the sales staff Mr. Yazan at Rivoli Al Zahya, he help me to choose the best watch, and he had good patience as I was not sure what to buy, and he gave me the best watch of my choice. I highly recommend the service they provide.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. They took my watch for maintenance. They promised to contact me to update me which was not done. I called twice and spoke to two different staff. Both need to have customer service training. The 1st guy insisted that i have received an sms on my mobile number although i told him i did not. The 2nd made me feel i am calling to ask for charity. Last time to deal with Rivoli

I visited the shop a couple of days ago and got greeted by one of the sales person (yazan) and had a great experience overall while buying my new watch

I had the most pleasant experience, Eman was really helpful, knowledgeable and straightforward.

I wasn’t keen in purchasing on the spot, however, she is the main reason I carried on with this investment, of which I am really happy with.

Excellent customer service from the staff. I find it very approachable and professional specially to Mr Cliford who assisted me when I was there. Good job and kudos to the management. Keep it up team???? Highly recommended.

Good selection of watches, service was ok, i got 20% off after i asked if they have discount otherwise nobody mentioned anything.
