Me & my family was served by Amber. Amber really was bubbly and lovely person who gave excellent customer service. Not only was Amber on her own with quite a few customers, she remained calm, gave off a happy mood and made our drinks in no time. Keep being you Amber- absolute asset to your team! ☺️

Always have great service when I nip in when I've worked late at work. All staff are really friendly and efficient. Served today by Amber who is exceptionally friendly, bubbly and considerate.

I had questions about the dairy content of the mocha, and Amber pulled up the ingredients on her iPad, reassured me she was here to answer any questions and was generally a complete delight. Professional, friendly and efficient. Plus the oat milk mocha she made was lush! Thank you for a great visit

We were served by Amber and Laura, fabulous and quick service! Amber recommended a white mocha frappe with hazelnut and it was 10/10. Made the wait for a train much nicer!

Honestly Amber really makes the experience here special, they’re such a delight and really personable. Excellent product knowledge too, recommended a new dairy free option to me which I am excited to try! Many thanks to the Starbucks team in the Paragon Exchange :)

Amber and Sarah are wonderful, very friendly and go out of their way. I ask for a surprise syrup, and the coffees taste great. Totally recommend.

If I could give more stars I would! I went into this Starbucks after a gig, so I had drag makeup on and I always feel so awkward with it on in public. But the barista Amber was SO kind, and not only complimented my makeup but very kindly assisted me with using the Starbucks app.

Not only did they make my day but they really went above and beyond with their assistance and customer service! We need more people like this.
