I am very sad, when I am visit for purchasing wax machine. I felt very bad Hospitality.
Dear managment please improve your Hospitality.
If you don’t have enough employees. Please put price tag for all the products. And put trolley. That’s easy!!!

Very bad service! If you are planning to buy any products which required after sales service or assistance, dont buy from this shop. (Sharjah branch)
I bought steam machine, but i have been contacting them to come and show us the operation, but no response!

They are making fun with customers, manager says, “contact technician” technicians says “i cant come without order from Manager” this is not professional way of serving customers.

Even no one answer the calls...!!!????????????

Very Bad!!!!! Never recommend

Honestly best products I ever used, I bought a cream for my face and it made my face 10 times smoother, also they offer many different kind of products, with very reasonable prices!!

I would 100% recommend this store, not only the Sharjah branch but also the other branches I went to 3 branches and they were all great!

Fantastic vegan menu, all cooked separately from fish/meat, and fried in vegetable oil. Nice to be able to get a proper chippy supper with a dandelion and burdock to wash it down! ???? Clean, staff are friendly, and prices are affordable

I bought chips today, arround 20:00pm , oil soaked, they were rubbery and bitter in taste, a tiny portion of 15 fries, they looked like waste. 2 weeks ago I went in during daylight hours, the chips were fresh, the portion for the same price was really a lot given in a box and not wrapped in paper like today!

Ok fish and chips. Batter not the best,chips fine,prices are standard. Staff yesterday very friendly and helpful. First time here, not sure I'll go again there has to be better fish and chips in Lincoln than this one.

Always a regular at carholme chippy, one of the few chip shops that caters for the ever growing vegan/vegetarian taste.

Bottom of my fish cakes were burnt. Curry sauce was cold and the chips were soggy. It’s a shame as I used to like this place a lot.

Its a take away, the food is always good, and hot. The staff are friendly and efficient and the prices are great, good value for the money!
