This is the worst book shop in the Sharjah. They charge a lot and the staff is so rude and unhelpful to customers. They also always manage to mess up your printing.

The copy shop here does an okay job, but I guess they don't ever tweak the settings because they printed an entire book for me with the wrong black-point setting. This would have been easy to fix. They also don't print on both sides. That is a tremendous waste of paper and also doubles the weight in paper that I am carrying. (And I had them print thousands of pages!)

I asked them to print some items page by page instead of 2-to-1 and they simply told me it was too much work, instead of raising the price. That was lazy; they could have made twice the money.

Some of the staff are really inconsiderate, too. I had a nice cashier the first and second time; the third time, the cashier was talking on the phone to someone else the entire time I was checking out. When I said, "thank you, have a nice day" he did not even respond. That's just weird.

The "Arabic German Library" in Muwaileh was much better, quicker, more friendly, and more flexible about printing, but unfortunately that shop closed down in 2020–2021.

Good stationery with almost all items available at one place. Printing through email whtsapp available, xerox and photo printing is also done. Supportive staff no issues for parking.

I had a very bad experience with one of their employees, Asian (Bengali). I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes and he didn’t even ask me what i want. Later on when i selected the printer cartridge he was busy on his phone on whatsapp and laughing and checking out pics of girls. I saw that standing there, when i lost my patience i told this Filipino woman to step ahead and finish my bill because i’m in a hurry. Poor service and very bad mannered staff.

It's a medium stationary, they have many things and most things you would expect in a stationery and they open at 8:00am which is convenient if you want things done early but the only issue I've faced many times is that they take long to take your work and sometimes act like you are not really standing infront of them like if you are invisible due to that reason I no longer go to do my work their plus, they put people they know infront of you and lie about them coming first or whatever which is honestly disrespectful. And a waste of time. But if you just want to buy pen or anything not involving printing and cutting then you are good to go and buy what you need.

Very bad attitude from one of the employees at the Cashier. Talking over his phone while providing service to the customers. The rest of the employees are generously helpful.
