I went again and had a great steam in the Moroccan bath and Marco did an excellent job from begining to end. I then had a hair cut which was also done very professionally. The salon generally still needs a bit of a tidy etc but the services are really good and at reasonable prices.

am very sorry to say...

Worst Service Ever, the beard trimming staff don't know anything about treating customers, they both are talking "thannu mannu thannu mann" during their work. No hygienic & feeling very bad smell.

Be careful before your hair cut. They will tell you AED 15 before cut and fight with you after cut saying that he said forty!!!
Egyptian guy he made my cut in bad way as a revenge of this and he behave me with like slave. Real cheaters.

Reply : You should ask your staff why he is giving wrong information to customers. I asked him before entering inside. Reply with relevant reason.

الصراحة تجربه سيئه حلقت اللحية عند شخص عربي يعمل في المحل وخرب التحديد و الشخص غير متمرس و يوم قلت له انه مخرب التحديد عصب المفروض الشخص الي يشتغل يكون متمرس مب حي الله

These guys went above and beyond to fix my partners car when it needed a new sump due to a large pot hole ripping it to pieces even staying late to get it sorted! Well done and Thank you. You will definitely have us for all of our car needs in the future

Absolutely the greatest team of mechanics. From the first person I spoke to was Chris who got someone to look at my car straight away. Aiden & Callum who both fixed different parts in the engine on different visits, were quick & made sure if any issues to go back to them. I would absolutely recommend this Halfords garage in Dingwall to anyone.
Thanks guys for a great service.

After a freak-out involving a deer, a large stone and a low wall/dyke, (deer absolutely fine, didn’t hit him and probably got home before me that night!), I ended up with a shredded front tyre and a slightly mashed alloy. It was my first ever accident and I was feeling sheepish and questioning everything I did. Callum, the manager, walked into work the following day and was greeted by the state of my car (which had been dropped off from a 50 minute drive away by the lovely Carl working alongside the AA). The first thing Callum said was that he hoped I didn’t drive it there! I told him I didn’t and talked him through the story and said I felt stupid. Callum was very kind, reassuring and also funny - which he didn’t need to be but the customer service was top notch. After delegating to his team and calming me down more whilst doing his stock count all at the same time, within about half an hour, I was sorted with a new tyre and a patched up alloy - so I didn’t have to buy a new wheel thankfully!! I feel bad because I can’t remember the names of all of the team but everyone was fantastic - they even helped diagnose a mystery rattle in my other half’s car whilst we were there. Despite it being a busy day, they made time for us and we can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend this team to anyone needing assistance with any situation. Thanks again guys! We’ll be back - but hopefully just for a service and new discs next time!

That's two all season tyres on ready for the winter.

Had to get a new tyre due to a puncture on 03/02/23.
Staff were excellent and very professional and sorted out quickly.
Can't fault the service
