Spent a night camping in Mleiha & it was one of the best experiences I have been to in the UAE. The staff is super friendly and they took great care of us. My friend and I took the package with food and the mixed grills were delicious. We went stargazing (the astronomer/educator was SO insightful) & camel riding (which was tons of fun, our camels name was Sheila and her keeper was super nice too!)
The next morning we got a wakeup call to watch the sunrise which was stunning and after that we went to the archeological tour (we had coffee in the cafe before that and it was really good) Our guides name was Ayoub and he gave us an awesome tour around Mleiha. If you are thinking of doing something different and want to learn something new, this is the place to go. A big thank you to TK and his team for making our stay pleasant.

Omar was wonderful in introducing us to the thrills of Dune Bashing, climbing high on the dune and sliding sideways back down while the 4X4 throwing up a curtain of sand. He was not only skilled but super friendly and informative. Afterwards we went to the beautiful museum and cafe. We had Snickers Cheese cake which was delicious. Sampath our server was excellent in his recommendation and obviously takes pride in what he does. The house made Ginger Brew was refreshing and spot on delicious. One of the best Museum cafes I have ever been too.

If there is one thing that needs urgent attention will be the entrance and the broken road that leads into the center. It’s full of potholes and handicaps the beauty and experience of the center. Hope management can pave the road properly and install a proper entrance.

We had such a fantastic time with Omar on the sunset safari ride + dinner BBQ… so much so that we came back for a second time! And asked for Omar again. It was myself, my boyfriend and we took each of our parents on both occasions. We felt safe in the car as we had a thrilling ride over the dunes and then the dinner was delicious! Omar also took the time to get some fantastic photos of us all too. You get to see the stars through their high-tech telescope which is a nice touch. The only recommendation I’d make to the company is when booking to have a note to the customer to bring jumpers depending on the time of year as it gets cold once the sun goes down when you’re at the camp waiting for dinner. Overall I highly recommend this as something on your “things to do when visiting Dubai” list! Thank you Omar :)

It was an OK experience. The indoor knowledge space is quite small but good enough to learn about the ancient history. It’s a place for people who love history.
There is a cafe on site that serves delicious foods. A bit pricey but worth it! There are also cleaned toilets and prayer rooms available.
There are horse riding and buggy rides activities but there are separate charges for that. Bookings need to be made online or at the reception.
We didn’t go for the rides but managed to visit the horse stable. Plenty of horses to see and to pat on. They are quite friendly.
We were also informed that there are several other activities available but to be booked prior the visit. You can find more info on their website. It’s also a stroller friendly place for those who have younger kids.

The site will bring you back long time ago as 400 years bce, there are a lot of parts where historical stuffs show by cutting edge technology and make it more impressive!

Apart from it, there are another activities you can do such as horse riding or even enjoying the moment in the restaurant at back of the building
