This is a specializes restaurant in these kind of meals, where unfortunately many people stopped eating them, because of hygiene and odor , the food here is clean, no unwanted smell, the portion is large, but the price is too high. The maqadem Fatteh is very tasty, but the fried sigkat is a bit hard to chew. The neefa ras taste is nice, but the tang is a bit hard. In general recommended to try it.

I entered recently to check what they have for iftar. They were preparing order and supervisor wasn’t very happy see me. I was going to buy some food for iftar, but after seeing his attitude changed my mind. Don’t recommend at all.

Everything was excellent..the food was amazing and super clean i ate fawaregh and kerash with ozi.. The service is fast the staff always smiling.. Price accepted for food quality..toilets are clean..i loved the restaurant

The Umm ali photo in the menu not same when I received. They just cut a bread and pour hot milk put raisins on the top thats it. This is not Umm ali this is ceareal bread! Very bad! Dont put photo that the customer will think its real!

Not recommend at all
Looks they change their cooks monthly basis
Today from our 3 items order cant really enjoy any even their specialist which is quzi warak enab aslo was not good
The most worst one was the grilled chicken
I feel sorry today to spoiled my mood with such food but for sure no more order from this restaurant

Dreadful. They cancelled the cab 10 mins before it was due leaving us unable to get home. Luckerly I was with others but if this had been my daughter on her own in the middle of knowwhere it could have been pretty bad. I along with many of our locals, have used them for years but never again......

I am not sure if this company is still around or not...I called this phone number and got a "Happy cab" ????????u200d♀️
Anyway, I gave them both 5* just to be sure ????

If you are disabled do not use this firm. Their drivers do not like offering assistance to you but are quite happy to take the tips you give them whilst complaining about you to the office. Offering assistance to the disabled is the law by the way including helping them to and from the taxi. I had been using them for 7 years and have put up with many instances of lateness ; one time over an hour late picking me up from my office.

Considering I was just on the m11 being followed (sorry, tailgaited) by one of your taxis who then cut up a lorry to undertake in pouring rain, poor visibility, no lights and dangerous driving... There is no way in hell I would trust this company to book and take myself or my family or friends. Get better drivers, reread the highway code and don't be so stupid.

Ripped us off for 2 taxi's and turned up late after leaving us waiting in the rain. The guy on the phone was exceptionally rude and when challenged on why the taxi was later he threatened to cancel the taxi at 12:30am on a Saturday night.

Driver of cab 14 is a complete moron! Very nearly reversed into my car, even after I sounded my horn he carried on reversing. If you don't have the ability to check your mirrors and react to alerts you shouldn't be driving!

Rubbish service Ali's taxis have been going down hill for a long time, have booked taxis several times now and they're always late, booked taxi to take me and my children to cinema and had to cancel taxi as it was running over 20 mins late, no courtesy call to let me no what was going on nearly ruined our day out. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE
