The worst Management and Maintenance on this building ,dirty and very bad workers in the building, no security, only a guys who are setting sometimes to play with their phones. DON'T EVER THINK TO RENT on Wasl building, it's the worst of the worst . They say cheller is free, but they play with thermostats so they won't pay big electricity bell !!!! and ofcourse you will be sweating all the time. And The Maintenance now,U have to pay 50 Dirhams for every visit from the Maintenance people. بناية سيئة للغايه،لا نظافه لا حارس واللي موجودين تحت شاطرين يلعبو بالموبايلات فقط. ،كل يوم ناطور مختلف، والصيانه لازم تدفع
50درهم كل ما طلع تبع الصيانه وصلح شيئ ما.
اما التكييف المفروض يكون فري لكن بالمقابل التبريد زي الزفت وبالصيف التكييف بصير دفاية،المصاعد كل يوم والثاني خربانيين،نصيحة ابتعدو عن هذه البناية.

لا انصح ان تستاجر بها لان ادارة المبنى غير مؤهلين وليس ذو مستوى راقي للتعامل مع المؤجرين ،وعدم وجود النظافة ووجود روائح صرف صحي عند مدخل البناية ،وبدئو بتأجير الشقق سكن عمال

Great place to watch live sport and also for live music. Great gin and rum selection despite mainly of the reccomended drink garnishes bring unavailable when I visited. The flights are a nice option to try various drinks.

Great selection and very reasonable. Kronenbourg and a pint of cider was £6.30. Must be cheapest in Newport. Plenty of tvs to watch sport

Cracking pub for live sports good loud commentary
Really nice Guinness and lager
Extremely reasonable prices
And dog friendly

Nice gin cocktails here. They are on the expensive side though. A few times I've ordered cocktails and some of the garnish or spices have been missing. But generally they are good.

Haven't really tried anything else here but worth trying the cocktails.
