I am using National water for the past 10 years. The coupon rates have really good offers compared to the other water companies. The quality standard is high with good hygienic standards. The customer service is really good and I am happy with them. I highly recommend everyone to purchase from National.

Fraud , pathetic people.
I will never recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is very bad and horrible, the management are totally unprofessional if you try to call them to raise a complaint regarding the delay on the water delivery, I don’t think they even have a management.
Guys please think 100 times before buying National drinking water.
If negative stars were possible than I would have
give them those.

I have been using this water for the last year and a half.The attitude of the delivery staff is downright terrible.They are very rude and took away my empty bottle without replacing with a new one saying that I didn’t pay for the previous bottle when I had already paid for all the bottles and repeatedly confirmed the same with the delivery person.Such unbelievable behavior.Now I have been deprived of a bottle that I already paid for.
Please train on your staff on how to interact with customers and at least maintain a receipt system after payment so that there is no confusion.Remember that you are not the only water company here in UAE ,customers have plenty of options.
Hopefully you will rectify these issues soon

In spite of 1 star reviews there seems to be no action taken by the Management...every time I have to call and get false commitment that the water will be delivered. No standard timing or delivery. Guys please improve your service before your business gets closed!!
21st July 2022 update: prompt delivery but only upon call request.

I used to take water delivery from the company every Sunday. But due to the new system, they changed the company timings and have an off on sunday. I spoke to the customer service about my urgency and they immediately arranged and delivered the water on time. I was totally impressed with their customer service.

Facing difficulty regarding delivery of water. Not keeping a fixed date for water delivery and the salesman delivering bottles whatever date he is feeling comfortable and because of that we are facing too much headache to manage proper stock of drinking water. We need to buy from the grocery because of this. Also note when I called and made complaint to Customer Service department and they promised me that will follow up with salesman and do the needful and update me the result, they don’t even called me back and when I called again just informed me that salesman will be available tomorrow only and he may deliver tomorrow. Worst Customer Service from your Company, not even knowing how to speak properly and clear Customer issues/complaints, no professional way of followup and keep Customers live. Decided to stop purchasing water from your Company "National Drinking Supply Water LLC" and even emailed my complaint today to your official email id displayed in the coupon. Thanks.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Does not know how to talk with a lady, so rude and disrespectful. Their bottles are so unhygienic and half of the bottles are leaking so we complained but instead of apologizing and correcting their mistake they started shouting at a lady and said we will not give you water. Please refrain from this company there are 1000s of other better options.
