Its a 24×7 supermarket . They have good offers during weekends but the staff is not well trained or aware of products placement and price. Moreover they even charge for bags.

Good place for your day to day grocery needs. Great deals for fruits and vegetables, but sometimes you don't get the best quality. Customer service is pretty standard. Overall a good place to buy your basic essentials.

No change in his attitude....even after one year.....today when i was billing the items, intentionally he discussed, with refferance to my previous review to his colleague infront of me......refer below review......request management to train him regarding customer service.
He is spoiling the reputation of the organisation...
Still i am visiting your shop because of the other good staffs and products.

Very rude counter staff. IRSHD is not professional and he is telling to a customer " I don't care you". Shame on your customer service. Management should train him with proper attitude towards customers. I have been purchasing things from the same shop for last 5 years....today is my last purchase....

It's a nice place, but in peak hours it's very crowded.

Staff are brilliant with the kids at the youth clubs they provide and do a great job with the education of post 16 to 19 year olds during the day
Also have a outstanding service for youth counselling
