Bathisha the scammer!
Worst agency in Dubai. Never trust this agency.
In the beginning the package that they will offer is competitive price for visit visa including visa change status(in country) after getting the money from client they ask you to exit? and NO REFUND for change status fee after you exit.
Note: this is online transaction only. You better not trust!!! Dubai Link and Visa Tours agency is the Best Agency. Trusted agency for online transaction.

It was a great experience in my life... Done 10 days Umrah package by bus... Services and updates was awesome especially from Naz bro...everything was good and appreciated...

Some minor things to be improved in transportation and accomodation.
1. There is no mobile charging port in bus ( 20 hours of journey 1 side)
2. Wifi connection was poor at Madeena
3. The guide is only a navigater ( if there is a Usthad it will be better)

I have used shukriya travels for apply visit visas for my family. All the staff are very professional and friendly.they are super reliable and fast.also i appreciate Mr.Badsha for his supporting advice.
Also have great customer service.me my family definitely recommend shukriya travels service.

Today is a day. I will never forget because it was the last date for my business Now we have more than 1200 rupees to renew the visit visa.my said that he can now go to Oman and change his visa.I called several agencies looking for it because I didn't have a lot of days.At that time I got Shukriya Agency's number.They gave me a visit visa within two days i.e. Today, I got a visit visa.Today was very complicated for me, but they managed it smoothly.Went with their guidance and got the visit visa easily.I want to say special. Thanks to Mr Naaz.He helped a lot.if you anybody wants to renew your visit visa please contact him...once again thanks to shukriya agency and Naaz ikka.....

Guys . You can trust this travels . I took number from google and contact Mr. Azar for visit visa renwal . I didnt go to them directly, he has done all process through whats app my brother visit visa renewal completed . Thanks shukriya travels and Mr Azar .

Had a not that good experience while the service of visa change from Oman
The bus facility provided was not UpTo mark
Immigration was done smoothly
After checkin to oman Accomodations was not provided so had to wait in sunlight for more than 8hours
On complaining the issue I got to understand that the issue wasn't from them but was from the bus provider which is a third party
But according to me if the person is complaining about the issue so the travel agency should take corrective measures so that the person doesn't suffer in a new country
Apology was given for the unexpected service in Oman and assurance that It may not happen again with anyone using the service again
So it's your take now to use the service or not from them
Please check the itinerary before booking the service again
