Great value for money with top notch hospitality and facilities. Filling breakfast and comfortable rooms. Complimentary tea and coffee making and well stocked bathroom with large towels and decent toiletries. Road a bit busy at times but not a problem once in the room. Would stay here again.

Lovely quite house, room was lovely and warm throughout my stay.
Had to drive past it a couple of times till I finally located it though.
Nice choice of breakfast and nearly overslept because the bed was so comfortable

What a lovely guest house. Stayed on a journey to Lincoln for work. Clean, very friendly and an amazing breakfast. I will definitely be staying again

Friendly helpful hosts. Clean comfortable well equipped room. Decent bed and shower. Lovely breakfast. For those invested people, they have good eco credentials.

Thank you Heather & Eric for a wonderful stay! We booked the entire guest house out for our wedding guests, and not one guest had a negative word to say. You will not find a cleaner guest house anywhere!
The fresh fruit salad, and poached eggs on toast which I had for breakfast both morning's were impeccable.

Heather and Erick have the best guest house we have ever stayed in .Beautiful bright modern rooms with everything to you could possibly need ...beautiful cooked breakfast in a lovely breakfast room.Thankyou both for a lovely stay we will see you both soon.

Stayed here for a night and left an honest review on another site, mainly about breakfast and how I didn’t find it satisfying. Heather replied to my review in a passive aggressive way, indicating that, I was greedy and next time I should go for a hotel that offers an all you can eat buffet!!!!
A good business should not just give an accolade for good reviews, they should also learn to take negative feedback as well. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and should not be made to feel bad for leaving a review on how that felt.

Wonderful Breakfast...
Situated on a busy noisy road...
the bed was too small for me. I am 6ft tall, my feet hung off the bottom of the bed...
4 stars out of 5....
