Got a strawberry cake delivered from Occasions Cake Shop! Amazing quality and very quick service! A disposable knife was also delivered with the cake! The message on the cake was beautifully written in 2 different colours! Loved it! Highly recommended!

We ordered a butterscotch 1.6 kg cake for delivery for my son’s birthday party on 15.06.2023. The cake was unpleasant indicating a rotten taste while eating. Very disappointed with Occassions. They should improve their quality and provide freshly made cakes.

Please teach the staff basic etiquettes. Poor customer service, cashier behavior was very weird and rude, no enthusiasm to work. Though I really love your cakes I always order online but visiting showroom was the worst experience I will never visit there again neither I’ll recommend anyone to visit the place.

I had a very bad experience with Occasions cake shop in Abu Shagara. I ordered 2KG of their special cake called Resmalai worth AED-420/- after checking the sample piece (12-AED) from the shop. Regret to say that, there was a big differences in taste between the cake which has been delivered and the sample piece. Don't trust on the sample piece available in shop also its not free of cost. I will never visit there again and I’ll not recommend anyone to visit the place.

Last week i ordered a Strawberry Vanilla Cake from Occasion Cake. 8kg. And how they design my Company Logo exactly what we were hoping for. And looks so so so Beautiful and creative. The taste was Awesome. I can't have more words to say anything. Name is enough. Occasion makes Occasions Perfect ????????????????????????.

Cake shop was okay with more options. Need a better customer service. Staff should be trained to pass only correct messages to customers after listening to them properly.I felt like I was misguided and wrongly communicated by Mr Santhosh and cancelled my order for Birthday cake.
