We had the chance to visit this place last night. It was past 9pm. Ambiance of the place is nice. Relaxing lights to set to mood right. Their product is good. I personally love the pearls, it was cooked perfectly tender. It has this perfect soft gummy texture which is perfect for me. One thing that I can say for improvement is the staff. I know we came late and maybe the are tired with the whole day shift but it would be better of the staff will serve with a smile on their faces. Not rushing the customer to decide(especially they have a lot of options to choose from). Anyways, i'd still give them a positive rating as their product is really good. ????

I will not recommend this shop, I was a regular before because their milktea was good but few months back I ordered from ochado via delivery app and I found "pieces" of plastic in my drink. I have a friend of mine who experienced the same thing from them. The delivery app just refunded my order but this is not good and not safe what they are doing.

For me this is the closest Booba Tea Stop. I do like their classic tea with salted caramel and cheese. Large is AED 17 so value for money.

Place is good, but the staff aren’t customer friendly. 3-stars is enough for this review because the milk tea was ok, but the staff weren’t very nice. Asked for no ice too, still gave me 45% ice.

Calling the attention of their boss!
Please give the lady at the counter her salary.
I think she's not happy with her salary nor her job, cause she's so rude to the customers. And the man doing the milk tea, is throwing all his things as if he's trying to tell the customers to LEAVE because they want to close the store and go home early. ????????????
What kind of staff do this store hire? Inexperienced and no customer service training at all.

Your products are all nice but i think you have a problem with your staff, 1st they are not customer friendly staff, 2nd your talabat order always open late, 3rd your halo halo is always no ice cream and sometimes not available.. your staff should check your ingredients regularly and the talabatp

Why is no one talking about the best milk tea in town ?
Hands down the best mango cheese cake milk tea and matcha milk tea. Ask for extra pearls ????
