Good part is that there store supervisor is saying you have bough the item for 399 and coming in shop every day and asking

-I’m a customer of this shop for years but my recent experience wasn’t great.
When I went to exchange a faulty water fountain bought one day ago,the staff named Santosh at the counter was on phone and didn’t answer my query.He wasn’t helpful at all to solve the problem after explaining several times.

I have been a regular customer of home box. But I am afraid I won't be buying anything from them now onwards.
The customer management is extremely poor where the customer has to suffer and go through all the hassle for the mistakes committed by home box employees
Firstly, staff named Ms. Namrata is incapable of managing things individually. Coming to my concern, we ordered a dining set in the month of July and to our surprise before the delivery we were informed that the home box staff has incorrectly noted the chair bar code number and hence they aren't able to find which Chairs we had ordered. The mistake was done by the same staff Ms. Namrata. Now because of this issue we had to go all the way to the store and then individually had to look at each and every chair to find out which we had ordered earlier.
We faced this issue because of the mistake that was commited by home box employee.
Moreover the delivery was a big mess. We requested for deliveries at two address specifying where it has to come first and where later but even that was not conveyed. Ineffective communication.
Even after this incident we thought of giving one more chance to home box and we ordered a sofa set in Aug first week and specifically mentioned that we want the delivery on friday i.e. 4th Aug but the slot was not available. We then agreed for next Friday i.e. 11th Aug. Since it's a non working day for us we specifically chose Friday for the delivery.
Now comes the carelessness from again the same staff Ms. Namrata. She while doing the payment stuffs mentioned the delivery on 9th Aug 2023 and after we pointed out she assured us that she ll get it changed. Eventually we agreed. Then on 7th Aug to out surprise we received a msg from homebox that your product will be delivered on 9th Aug. When we inquired the same with Ms. Namrata she gave an excuse stating that warehouse will be closed from 10 to 15 Aug hence ur product will be delivered on 9th aug or after 15th Aug. Until 8th Aug eve we didn't had any information on to what time the product will be delivered. Ms. Namrata being aware about the fact that we have our offices didn't informed anything. After a discussion on the call at 9pm in the night on 8th Aug she told that the product will be delivered before 11am tomorrow as requested. Again surprisingly in the morning the delivery person wasn't informed about anything which means Ms. Namrata never spoke to the delivery guy and he told us that the warehouse is never closed.
The above incident shows how incapable homebox is in serving customer to it's best.
This is the worst experience you can give to your regular customer.

I recently had an incredibly unpleasant encounter with one of the employees at Homebox. Their behavior and inability to communicate effectively with customers left me deeply disappointed.
From the moment I approached the employee, it was evident that they lacked basic customer service skills. They exhibited a dismissive and disrespectful attitude throughout the interaction, making me feel undervalued as a customer. It is disheartening to experience such unprofessional behavior from someone representing Homebox.
Moreover, their inability to communicate clearly was apparent. Their responses were vague and unhelpful, failing to address my concerns or provide any assistance. Effective communication is a fundamental aspect of customer service, and it was sorely lacking in this interaction.
The lack of proper training and inadequate understanding of how to interact with customers have greatly impacted my perception of Homebox. It is crucial for the management to address these issues promptly and provide necessary training to ensure that all employees comprehend the significance of respectful communication and delivering excellent customer service.
I sincerely hope that Homebox takes this feedback seriously and strives to improve the behavior and communication skills of their employees. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect when engaging with any business, and it is imperative for Homebox to uphold these values.
