The store remains very crowded on Tuesdays due to Buy-1-Get-1-Free offer. The quality and taste of all pizzas is great. This outlet is very small and has got no dine-in. Takeaway or delivery are recommended. Chicken Supreme, Chicken Shawarma, Chicken Spicy Ranch and MyBox are all very good.

The atmosphere was fantastic, but the food was just decent. Although they made an error with my order, they made up for it satisfactorily. Since it's situated by the beach, it will always be my top choice.
There is ample open parking space next to the building.

Last night we ordered 2 "my box" . When I was reading reviews of this branch - I was not thinking that it is really that much bad. But unfortunately this is the reality which we faced too last night . We got slightly warm food (we r living 1-1.5 mins away if deliver is done by motobike) . Potato wedges was more burned than normal. I never eat such wedges in any pizza places or even small private cafeterias. They overkept it inside the oil , then feel bad to throw , so put into out box. Pizza was terrible. I can say - we ate bread which cost us price of pizza . It was having thick bread with very small amount of stuff on it. And not just that- we feel like this branch running out of tomato sause & cheese too. Eating soooo dry bread with some few veg on it. U CANT CALL THIS PIZZA! It is not a pizza at all ! If the owner doesn't read reviews and not trying to imporove - means he doesnt care abt customers. If he do care- he will go himself and send his staff too to learn how to do proper pizza.

Terrible experience coming from a frontliner - Vanesa (Muweilah branch). Her attitude is dragging down the entire branch, if not the company - sad to say.

One of the worst customer service I've experienced so far.

Pizza hut was normally our go to for pizza. And I'm not saying their pizza is not tasty. But they gave me a undercooked pizza the dough was still soggy. Any ways the worst part was the service. They didn't give me a replacement or refund or nothing. Due to the fact that I've eaten 2 slices out of it. The service and management skills are the worse. This branch is best to avoid as clearly they can't handle the pressure when it's busy and they just serve customers as quick as possible without thinking about quality. Really dissapointed by the overall experience.

Worst experience I ever had. The guy who delivered was very rude and pizza was just a taste like u having bread with very small flavour. Topping was like they are very short of ingredients or the person who making was doing job with closed eyes. " Before ordering it make sure you order lots of coke or 7up with that otherwise you will not able to swallow it"

Yummy Pizza .. always loved pizzahut, but here only 3 seat is here, we need to stand for waiting for get our pizza. Other than that, the interior design is awesome and the taste is awesome. the lights look so cool in the shop.
