I recently visited the Shawarma Maker Restaurant located on University City Road in Sharjah and was extremely disappointed with the quality of their food and service. I ordered a shawarma, but it was served cold, and when I informed the waiter about it, they refused to acknowledge the issue. The service was poor, and the food quality was subpar. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a decent meal.

The shawarma is not good at all , the saj bread was oily i can smell the oil before having a bite, the chicken ratio of chicken to sauce is unbalanced , I won’t order shawarma again from this place.
