I ordered one sheri fish charcoal and the guy who pick the call specifically told me that it's fresh. I received my order after 30 minutes. I ordered is fish charcoal and I received is fish fry. Fish had a very bad smell and it's not at all fresh and tasting too much salty. Then I called them informed about my experience and the guy told me that I bought this fish one week back as fresh then i marinate and kept inside the freezer. Still he is arguing that it's fresh

Worst restaurant i have ever tried in uae. We ordered grill chicken and cheesy pasta from here the chicken its taste awful and im sure its rotten. And the pasta i dont know how these guys confidentially telling its cheesy pasta. Dont know whether they atleast seen pasta in their life.

Chicken fried rice is good, French fries are not good and the frying oil is sometimes not fresh.
The taste of food does change depending on the cook.
New recipes are not available.
Chicken rotisserie is fresh on Sundays.

Extremely careless and unhygienic.Called them thrice as there was hair in hot and sour soup but didn't even bother to come and check even though they promised to send someone..to replace it..

I wish there was zero star.

For heaven sake please do not take any risk by ordering food from them when you are hungry. They serve you food as if they are giving it for charity. Nothing tastes good . Have tried their sharwama, charcoal chicken, chicken curry and prawns masala. I could make out prawns was added to their normal fish curry which they serve for lunch. How sure I can be ... because I got eyes and bones of fish in prawns masala ????Such a waste of money that's all I would say ????

Zero stars! The person in charge of answering calls is rude, and Completely lacks customer service skills. Their delivery takes more than an hour and have to keep calling. The food is not that great. A complete disappointment. Retrain your employees
