They dont even know how to talk to a customer. The whole experience of your food goes into vain when some one talks to you like that . Also the owner must be very happy seeing alot of customers, but sir if you start throwing arogance very soon you will start loosing your customer base.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Vrindavan, located in Al Nud Sharjah. While I must admit that the taste of the food was reasonable, I was disappointed by the unjustifiably high prices and the unfriendly staff.
Let's start with the positives. The food at Vrindavan was, in terms of taste, quite satisfactory. The flavors were well-balanced, and the dishes were prepared with well.
However, I couldn't overlook the major downside of Vrindavan—the exorbitant prices. I found the cost of dining here to be unjustifiably high, considering the overall dining experience. The menu prices were significantly higher than what one would expect for a similar establishment in the area. It was disappointing to see such inflated prices, as it created a barrier for many potential customers who would otherwise enjoy the restaurant's flavors.
To make matters worse, the staff at Vrindavan were exceptionally unfriendly and unwelcoming. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I felt an air of indifference from the servers. They lacked basic courtesy and seemed disinterested in providing a pleasant dining experience. The lack of attentiveness and willingness to accommodate requests left a sour taste in my mouth, overshadowing the reasonable food taste.
Despite the reasonable quality of the food, the combination of unjustifiably high prices and unfriendly staff at Vrindavan left me with mixed feelings about my dining experience. While the flavors were commendable, the overall experience was marred by the restaurant's pricing strategy and lack of customer service. It is unfortunate that such potential for a great dining experience is overshadowed by these aspects. I hope the management takes note of these concerns and works towards rectifying them in the future.

By the time food came it was stale and rotten. Keep in mind we live barely 40 m away; NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!

Taste of food is amazing. Last week only i discovered this place. Before that i passed by this restaurant several times but never entered. On First of this month, i tasted their samosa first time and that time i decided i would definitely visit their restaurant.
Taste was totally Indian which i was missing from long. Very next day me and my friends visited them and had food. It was recommended by my friend only. He knows being a vegetarian it is quite difficult to get veg food. Since first of this month, i visited this food junction almost 10 times.
All type of vegetarian food are available. From north to south, you just name and in few minutes that item you would get on your table.
There is no restriction on taking extra chapati, rice or sabji. You can take as much as you want. Apart from food there is they are keeping chhaachh for all their customers. There is no charge for that.
Take away and home delivery also available. Customers those who can't visit them can place their orders to them and get yummy food at their doors.
Nice place, proper sitting arrangement for all food lovers. There is no separate sitting arrangement for family. Chairs are nicely placed with each dinning tables. Place is neat and clean.
Their staff also understands the requirement of customers and they serve them accordingly. You don't even need to ask them for anything as they are monitoring you and your needs continuously since the moment you enter in the restaurant.
They are not open 24 hrs. They are closing by 11 Pm in the evening.
Only limitation, which i think not only me others also would say is that they have no parking space. Those who are coming they are struggling to get parking for their vehicles. They don't accept cards so please don't forget to carry cash with you.
Last but not the least, i would ask you all to give it a try. I am sure you would never ignore this restaurant in your life.
