Its not a bus station, just an open place. Dont have a shelter or sitting area. No customer service center or any helpdesk. Not a well maintained place.

No bus station, no bus number sign board, no shelter, no help desk, no customer service. It's just an open space like an extension of the road. It's very difficult to find the bus to our destination. Afternoon the place becomes crowded and traffic also increases. Even other places without this much crowd and buses have good bus station. I wonder why this place is not having that which is much needed for a place like rolla.
It will be convenient if there is a bus station like in the other places.

Rolla square park is beautiful... if you want to spend peaceful and soothing evening you should go there.
There is ticket of 2dhr they are accepting card only not cash

No any customer service centre.we need to ask to bus drivers for any enquiry.

There is no have manner to talk with passengers
When i went on ticket receptions no anyone give me change and bus driver i no any manner to talking with passengers.
Very feeling sad when i went there because i was going to sharjah international Airport
