I am very happy with their excellent service. I called the Sharjah branch. They arranged the pick up on time and coordinated the pick up crew. Also packed safely by highly professional and experienced packing staff.
I sent the cargo by express sea cargo and express air cargo. They updated the tracking details day by day. Both shipments arrived on time.
All staff are very professional and friendly. Item not damaged, on time pick up and delivery, reasonable rate, good works. Great service and great team work. I will recommend to my friends and relatives. Thank you RONA CARGO.

Rona cargo is absolutely wonderful with their services, quite economic, experienced staff and reliable last 40 years. I send my parcels since 1995 and when I lost my job they gave storage facility and send JUMBO BOX on TR -transfer of residence clearance. It reached within 15 days.
I strongly recommend them for what they are

All our staff send together to their respective homes and sea cargo received 28 days and air cargo within 5 days

Worst cargo experience ever… it’s almost 60 days now and no information on the parcel. Very poor customer service , waste of money.

worst cargo service ever. it took almost a month for air cargo delivery while their advertisement was it would be delivered in 10-15 days. Also very poor response when we contact them and their tracking facility is very bad. Very bad packing and the delivery vehicle in kerala keeps no standard. Most of the items are damaged and the carton box is ripped. Please try to avoid this cargo service

Worst Cargo Services... They promised me 20days Sea Express. But they didn't deliver the cargo even after 60 days. After that I couldn't tolerate so myself tracked the item and went to pick that cargo.
In Hindi "Rona" means Crying.
That's why they kept this name. If you send cargo through this service you have to cry to get your cargo.
