I went to this place and did a package of 100 AED, this included spa manicure and pedicure, cleanup, face pack and threading. All services were done by a very nice lady expect the manicure. The manicure was done by another lady. After I returned home my left hand ring finger had a swelling as she removed my entire skin and cuticle from there. It’s paining very badly. I even informed them but not even a sorry from their part. very bad customer service. The 1 star am giving is only to the lady who did my other services.

Good ratings brought me here. Possibly the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I’m certain she used a cheese grater and was literally cutting the skin off my heel with scissors. Needless to say I didn’t not stay to get my eyelashes done. AVOID. My feet are stained, cut and look rubbish. Waste of 70AED. Photos available.

It was my first experience at roses dew.And the services they provided me was awesome.Manju and Sneha did a great job ????They both are very new here in dubai,even though experienced staffs.
Will continue go there❤️.

It was an awesome experience. We all are satisfied ????????.The service was excellent and we felt really comfortable. They put a lot of effort and it really reflected in our looks as well.All those services done was excellent and all the services was as same as how we wished.The main thing to be mentined is the beautiful staffs who helped us and made us be comfortable ????. Thank you so muchhhh to each and every staff.

Had a really wonderful experience at the salon. Tried Hydrafacial today and it was really good compared to the facials i have tried previously from various clinics and was never satisfied. But now i found my go to place for the facial.

The quality of the facial is purely visible on my face and my skin became super moisturized ????????

It was a Nice experience.They are so friendly and straight for everything I did my Layer cut .Iam little nervous becoz I have long hair First time Iam doing haircut like something different Miss Sneha she pamper me too much she was extremely nice and good with much patience she did all services.
And She change my complete look ..
I like too much .Thank you.

Thank you so much for the wonderful work you do! I love my cut and color. And best of all, I know I can always depend on walking out.A warm thankyou to the stylist Mary who has always made me look much better with her skill to dress hair...And also all the staffs including praji ,Akhila ,Sofia ,Kabu are very friendly and talented and they do their best to satisfy their customers . I personally suggest all you to visit this salon for better experience and thanks to ms smitha who s the owner of this salon for giving us a better experience .

Excellent services by staff .had a wonderful experience at Roses dew this is my second visit tried Korean facial it was really good and also very happy to the services which I have done yesterday. Raji sister is super … like her service a lot
