I’ve been at this surgery for over 30 years. Not only is it impossible to speak to a GP I was passed test results by txt message today. ???? there has been no call to tell me my diagnosis by a GP and no treatment plan. Just left as a txt. Absolutely disgusting and very disappointing. Am changing my Doctors asap

My Parents are patients at this Surgery. My Dad died recently, his last 8 months were spent in terrible pain. My Brother and I tried repeatedly to get support from this Surgery but like everybody else we were met with constantly engaged telephones and we were cut off. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful. Elderly patients struggle with telephone consultations, if you can get one! especially if they suffer with Dementia. The Doctor would not see my Dad instead a Paramedic was sent out to him which caused him great confusion. I am at this very moment trying to get through to make an appointment for my mother.. 45 mins so far still no luck! Tried yesterday to no avail. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend this Surgery at all.

I’ve Been a patient of this surgery for 40 years and the way you get treated is terrible. You have to sit on the phone twice a day until you’re lucky enough to get through to receptionist only to be told you can’t get a phone call let alone an appointment. And when you do manage to get an appointment the surgery is empty of patients ??

I have tried for days to get through to this surgery they never seem to have any time for there patients when you do get through they tell you to ring back later and if you do get through you tell them what is wrong and they are rude to you I am only trying to get some help with what is wrong with me
