We were a bit nervous about having our flue fitted as our house is really old and the ancient chimney 15m high (and full of jackdaw nests!). Bryan and Tom were really helpful, friendly and efficient. Lots of really sensible, no-nonsense advice and plenty of reassurance when needed. The whole job ran really smoothly. They came in exactly on schedule and on the budget quoted. Thank you.
