I love this salon. Staff are friendly and very professional. Im very satisfied with their services, manicure, pedicure, waxing, massage, hair treatment and all at reasonable prices specially during promotion. Hope you will always have promotion and discounts so I could come regularly for treatments! ???? Thank you Saigon Spa!

Cery bad customer experience I asked for french and I had a terrible one when I asked the staff to correct it she was getting offended, the lines are not straight, she ruined the shape when she was filing and she seemed like she had no idea what she was doing, they could’ve simply said they didn’t know how to do it and it was still would be fine but not make my nails look like they are done by a kid playing with nail polish. I don’t recommend that salon

Lovely well trained stuff - Kristine at her best at all times with a smiling face and a warm welcome- no matter what time you visit ♥️
The atmosphere is very relaxing. Finally a spa where you don't need to listen to the staff gossip and can actually get recharged. I had there facial, mani pedi with foot scrub spa so refreshing with great body massage. My all time favorite is Acrylic nails. Nana for nails and Sullu for hair & face - are my superstars and I wouldn’t be anywhere else for this experience ♥️

I have been to Saigon Spa quite often for pedicures and manicures and it has always been a great experience. However, yesterday, I was very disappointed with the staff doing my pedicure as it seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. One girl pulled out skin from my toe and my toe is swollen because of that. Also, my nailpolish got spoiled while I was at the parlour and it wasn't re-done well. I had to ask the attendant to redo it because she did a shabby job at fixing it the first time.

Excellent service and well trained staff. Amazing Manicure as its always done with great efforts and patience. Face wax, hair treatments and amazing offers provided by the team ( al nahda 1 branch).

I have been coming here for years. I drive 20 minutes to come to Saigon even thought there are a lot of Spas nearby my house. Superbe costumer service, they know the need of every costumer, product quality is perfect. They are beyond expectation.

The staff and the nail technicians are very well trained and professional. Rates are not so pricey yet you can get superb service and quality mani and pedi service.
