Very bad experience
They have taken the Cheque for 13 months contract and after taking the money they made the contract for 12 months
I am waiting to finish my contract to vacate the flat
Not recommended

Worst real estate company in Sharjah, the staff don’t want to work at all. The owner is nice person, but you have to go and talk to the owner if you’re already tired of visiting there office. The staff will not allow you to meet the owner but you have to go straight to the owner, he sit opposite small reception. ‘’First of all stay away from this company’’

there service is very poor .you will call them many times and they keep posting you, they should improve in the area of customer relation and service. Even there is no provision for washing machine in there building.

للأسف توقعنا خدمة أفضل ومصداقية أكثر في العمل.

البروكار واحد الموظفين في الشركة لم يكونوا صادقين معي بالتعامل.

هدفهم فقط الحصول على المال، خدمة الصيانة في الشقة التي استئجرتها سيئة وميعاد استلام الشقة لم يكن حسب الاتفاق وكان هناك إخلال بشروط العقد.
