Never ever trust these people...
They will never give your deposit back when u leave..until you take the flat they will respect you once you are tenant they will make you pay everything... they have deducted my Aed 2000 depsoit saying balcony net is broken... they will rip you off

Avoid them. Such a cheaters and dishonest , these greedy and cunning people never returned a single penny from my deposit. Its not to be forgiven.

I vacated this apartment on May 2022. I was told I'll be returned the deposit on next month. For the first couple of months, Mr. Abdulghani - employee at Al Abraj blamed his Arbab and told his owner is delaying it. On following up multiple times, he finally told me they did maintenance work for more than the deposit I have given them and they will not return it. I asked for the maintenance bill and he said there are no bills. I should not say this on a public platform, but Mr. ???????????????????? ???????????????????? is an outright liar and he lives on the hard earned money of others. While seeing the other recent reviews, I believe they have also been cheated the same way. Only request is to stay away from them!

I am a tenant living in one of their 2BHK apartments in "Comfort" Building, situated near Al Mahatta Park. I rented this apartment for the spacious hall. Apart from the comfort of that, there is actually nothing which is really comfortable about this "Comfort Building". I assure you that all of the people associated with this apartment, from the employees at real estate office to the watchman, are going to give you nightmares. They treat you as if you live in your rented apartment out of their charity and assumes themselves to be the owners of the apartment.

I would recommend people hiring this apartment to learn how to fix stuff for yourself because maintenance is your responsibility. There is an exhaust fan which is still hanging and not functioning.

If anyone concerned is reading this review, I would suggest them to train your employees to behave well. If that's not possible, try replacing with staff who would actually fit in for their job. The present staff is going to ruin the efforts you had put in building this otherwise "comfortable" apartment.

PS: I am waiting for my contract to get expired, and next time I am not just going by the looks of the hall. Maintenance and service are in top priority now.

OMG - such a worse experience all of you have with them,

*poor maintenance- last 06 month exhaust fan hanging , OMG
*mis behaving with tenant when they complain regarding any issue, even with 06 month old tenant.
*No deposit return.
*tenant not satisfied.
*every year comission.

Thanks all to help me out before moving here ,
I have made my mind to rent a flate here but I will have to change my mind , I will go with any other real state.

There are two men sitting in this real estate they will never ever give you ur deposit they will charge u extra for everything they will for sure cheat at you..
Please dont take any rental from them and to building owners never give them your property for leasing

Their customer satisfaction is very poor. At the time of new contract behaving polite but at the time of any maintenance complaint they are very rude and not solving problem even after 6 months.
Every year they are taking 1000 Derham commission with 50 vat.
I suggest to their owner please eliminate 1000 comission at the time of covid satuation. Try to help humanity.

These peoples spoiled my life i used to stay on rental in their house, because of their greed for money…All THE family members are depends on me .I had lot of health issues and I am the one who TAKES care of my old parents and their treatments. I just lost everything because of these Heartless people..Managers was very rude..
