If there is less than zero star I will give to Samsung no any support their warranty just a joke I bought a S21 fe it's just apiece of .... should go to trash and even when speake with their manager no any support just talking in a rude way
I am really disappointed that I purshased from this company
Avoid using this company product as there is no after sale support
Better to go for apple or huawei or any other brand will be better

Worst service from Samsung. I have been moving within sharjah to get the screen protector on my Samsung Galaxy Ultra 23 and now got feedback that I have travel all the way to Sahara center for this service. 2 stores I have went and same response I got. Neither the staff is willing to help. Just they replied we cannot do it and you go to the Sahara centre. I believe Samsung has no respect for the users who are with them since last 7years. Worst service for a minor task

Few months ago, I bought Galaxy Watch 5 Pro... the watch is amazing. However, I'm very disappointed with Samsung stores. I've visited many stores and I couldn't find the rounded charger!!! Unfortunately, its not sold by the stores and not even in Samsung online stores in UAE.

So, I have to take the charger which came with the watch wherever I go !!!

I really hope that this concern will reach Samsung and I'm sure they will act accordingly to provide the chargers ASAP in the stores. Moreover, the rectangular wireless charger is not charging Watch 5 due to a design restriction of the watch which creates a gap between the watch body and the wireless charger surface preventing the charging process.

I have went with an inquiry regarding Samsung watch 5, wanted to test out ECG/BP features, but they told me the apps on display cannot be tested as they are blocked from the company..so they suggested I buy it and refund it if it does not work with me..I clarified that I already bought another watch from a diff store and it didn't work..so they assured me their watch would work and told me I can refund it, if it didn't..
I went back to refund the watch because I had the same issue as the other watch and they refused to refund!! Now I have 2 watches that don't work!! They should not have suggested to buy it in the first place if they cannot refund!!
