I love PappaRoti, they make the best Americano Coffee, they have the best Bun as well, However, this branch of PappaRoti is the worst ever.
I visited the shop couple of weeks ago, the table was dirty, when I asked the staff to clean it, he just left and ignored me. I shifted to another table, then when they serve the coffee, it was in a dirty glass cup full of lipstick marks ???????? I immediately canceled the order and left the coffee.

I normally like paparoti, but our recent experience in zahia was opposit. My wife noticed that one of the staff deliberately overcharged the bill. They actually double charge without giving the bill

Was really hesitant to buy bun from here thinking that a bun will always taste like bun. But my husband bought me a bun and latte from there, to my surprise it tastes heavenly. I haven't had such a delicious bun in my whole life. I don't know actual flavour but I felt subtle taste of coffee which I think marvellous. Learnt the lesson ' one should not judge a book by it's cover' as I didn't like the name of the shop( sorry, my personal opinion). Next time I will try more dishes from them.

The Philippines lady not working well as my table was dirty when I ask her to clean it well she show me that she don't want and her face was upset, she give me bad service and impact, today 14/72023 @ 9:05 pm

Excellent quality of buns and fresh juice, quick service, very generous staff and good ambiance inside, will refer to my friends and family for sure.

Nice place tasty stuff, but my experience from the dragon mart branch was a bit more tasty
