A gem of the North East. The Ramside hosts 2 great golf courses which are superbly kept. The Prince Bishops, a slightly harder course than the Cathedral course.
The staff are first class and it's nice to settle and relax after a round in the clubhouse where the food is delicious.

Good choice of food. It's a little on the expensive side but affordable for a bit of a treat. Good choice of meals, sandwiches etc. "Rustic chips" are fab. Lovely setting and friendly staff.

Very good golf 2 courses Well looked after I would recommend it to any golfer

Two very good golf courses and great golfers bar. Would recommend for weekend of golf with a nice on site hotel and spa.

Refused breakfast in the clubhouse as they stop serving at 11:30am. It was only 11:20 when I asked. Very poor service, I won’t be going back and won’t be taking membership.

Don't bother visiting if there has been any rain recently. As a visitor, they don't have a system in place to tell you they have closed the course. We wasted an hours travel to come and be told we can't play.

Course good. Shuts when hint of rain. Driving range expensive even for members but it is top tracer set up I suppose.

Just played Ramside golf course *Prince Bishops* the greens are atrocious, valleys, sand , unplayable, went to reception after 9 holes , nothing just says he knows about the trouble on greens, two green still had double holes on them !
