Shade saloon has nice seating and the decorations are fine but the space is somehow tight! The services they have are good but the employees and the woman at the Reception look not happy and they don’t welcome you in with a smile and they are not welcoming I felt!
The services are quite good but the reason I don’t come frequently is because of the customer service that’s it. I hope they fix it. Thank you

I’m here to write about my very first impression of the saloon. So incredibly awful customer service!!

I called to book an appointment for the bb treatment that was on offer for 500 dirhams until 26-June. It was an Arabic lady who answered the phone, as soon as I told her the price “written on the offer page” she said well it depends on the hair length when in the ad it doesn’t say so.. when I argued her she said anyway today is the last day.. I explain and said it was on the 26th, then she said well we are fully booked on the 26th we only do four people a day… I told her you just said that the offer ends today how come it’s already fully booked she said I asked and she did not!

The staff was uneducated about the offer and was shutting doors on my face! Clearly she doesn’t want to book me on the offer or else she could simply tell me from the beginning that they’re fully booked!

So unprofessional and will not be there again!

I really liked the way they treated my hair and applied the hair treatment it was nice and made my hair very smooth and shinny thanks to Gigi for doing for me she really did a good job

I have tried shade beauty center several times but unfortunately it’s always packed and they accept people more than the staff can take. they don’t appreciate you booking an appointment and coming on time, they will keep you waiting for more than 2 hours to get any service done.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience, I asked the hairdresser does she know how to trim hair? She said yes but my hair is so bad not straight at all tomorrow will have to find a new salon do fix the damage.

I will never visit this saloon again, the service is so bad and there was an arabic employee who was so rude. I also have a bad injury in my finger from there bad service!!

got my lash lift here and i definitely do not recommend. the seats are uncomfortable my back was hurting the entire time, they finished 30 mins late for some reason and since i got the lash lift my eye has been inching so much. I feel like there’s something stuck in my eye and it’s not fun. And the results were as if nothing changed. do not recommend.

If I can give less than a star I would. Not professionally trained staff who book clients. They overbook and give misleading information on availability of services. I came once and never again. It happened to another client in front of me as well ????????????????????????????????
