Came to health centre on 30th March 2023 Thursday at 11 AM but the office is completely closed. There was no secuyalso to enquire about the timings... Appreciate if you can place a notice if there is any changes in the timing or is there any temporary closure...

Today Im planing to take vaccine. There is No Vaccine Available. They Told me to go RAMEEZ MALL, IND.AREA-5 ,SHJ for VACCINE.

It's good to have our children vaccinated for free. But security guard doesn't treat everyone same. According to him men are not allowed to enter the area of children vaccination and that is only mothers and children area. But today he wasn't treating everyone equally. One man was sitting with his wife. He looked at him and didn't ask him to leave that area. I wasn't sure because of what he left him there. Men should be allowed to stay there with their wives and children. Mothers need help of their husbands to hold their children or their bags and etc. Hopefully there will be some positive changes in the future.

Worst customer service by assessment nurse and baby vaccine doctor.

We went for my baby's six month vaccine today 27th Dec at 11:00 am. Was expecting fair service for my six month baby. We went to the assessment room for height/weight checkup. My wife kindly requested the nurse to change the liner of the weight machine since the other baby's weight was measured before us. The nurse was so furious and gave us the death stare look. She was so rude and kept on staring. Also before we entered the room, I asked if we can enter the room. She just ignored and gave the stare. Never imagined to experience such ill treatment in the government clinic.
Then comes the second part. After the assessment , we went to the vaccine room. The doctor and the nurse was not even wearing the gloves. The doctor checked the baby's private part without wearing the gloves and the nurse administered the vaccine without wearing the gloves. Where is the hygiene standard in the government clinic????
Every staff in the clinic looks depressed and sad. I hope this message goes out to the concerned department and no parents have to face such inappropriate behavior in future.

Had child vaccination appointment at 12pm , its 1:37pm and still our turn did not came.
They should remove this Appointment system and let everyone come walkin..

Customer friendly staff..
Well managed..
Went there today for my kids Sinofarm vaccination. Finished everything in 30 minutes.
And I noticed they are providing free PCR test for those have valid emirates ID, no matter you are vaccinated or not. If don't have valid ID , then charge is 54Dh. So I took a free PCR while kids waiting for their vaccine.

Today I took my 2 sons for COVID 19 Vaccination. Every thing was perfect, receptionist, nurses and doctor are very friendly and professional.

They gave him the vaccine (Senopharm) and every thing done well.

This center is recommended, even I have finished the vaccination process easily and smoothly.

Not helpful totally specially the manger lady and one staff name sherif hossam ....they have terrible obstinacy for doing PCR test to me ....the center was very calm not crowded they refused me to make PCR test they busy only speech, laughing and jocking the worst thing when I asked the staff sherif about the manager he told me she is not here he tried to misguide me after that I asked for her office I found her. Actually it was very bad experience with the center management and staff.
