Have been waiting for an hour for cheque book request. Amd still 2 more people to go. The staff are more busy interacting with each other and clearing doubts every other min. Customer service priority level 0.
I have few company account samd a personal acc in sib. Leaving business and coming and waiting for hour or more doesn’t work with customers. Adding on after waiting for an hour i see a customer comes without waiting sheand he gets their turn and i go to branch manager and she says because she is an old woman so she let her in. Like either u keep more staff or give same priority to everyone.
One cannot spend more then 2 hours for a business request leaving the he business

I didn't experience such a irresponsible & unsupported customer services by any other UAE’s financial institution.
I had applied for a liability letter more than 2 weeks back & until today I didn't get my letter upon follow up with customer care team they don’t have the status of it & just replied me they have arranged a call back from branch.
But Mega Mall Branch is Masha Allah very responsible & supportive they ignored customer service team request & not bother to call the customer and share the status with them.
So I headed to the branch & I came to know to whom I have submitted the liability letter request he went of vacation & not take any action on my request. Then I requested to other staff to proceed my request & they give me another time frame afterwards as usual same response by him also. No response till today.

I wish I can give -5 stars to them & let aware to all others to keep in mind of such irresponsible behavior by them before becoming their customers.

Also remember they even don’t share or having the contact details i.e. email address in order keep the track of their behavior & let share with UAE central bank.

I am expecting if any of the higher management of SIB to watch my review & take action or investigate for such worst customer services.

I don’t have half stat to give to them . Waiting almost 45 minutes to withdraw the cheque. Initial come there was no one in any chair .. literally no one. After sometime one cashier appeared eating something and one customer was ahead me and taking 25 minutes to complete him. Two cashier one was watching and another was attending only.
Not recommending this branch to visit at all especially if you are in urgent.

Teller service is terrible, always keeping the customer waiting. I waited for two hours to withdraw a cheque. The system needs upgradation or monitoring of staff is suggested.

My account not yet activate. But i received everything like atm card and account number. Already transfer my salary to this account. Now its block due to inactivation of account. 15 days finish

This branch atm is open at Mall timing. You can deposit and withdraw the money from atm.

Appreciate the service and support of Mr Mohamed Zohny. He was professional and courteous in his dealing. Was able to complete my work in minimal time and fuss.

I'd give 5 stars to the tellers and not even a 1 star to the customer service in this branch. You'd be waiting for 30 mins to 1 hr, you see the manager or the customer service person allowing someone before the other, even if you have a number before them. Not to forget that to open a current account, they had to make me come to the branch for 4 times with the papers and every time they say that they need to update the personal details. Although one of the customer service team members did actually update my details before we start with the process. But unfortunately, he made a mistake, I have to wait for another 2 to 3 days to get the approval on his new updates to start with the work. In total, 2 weeks are just wasted, and I decided not to open any account here.
