I got my first ever facial done from Kaya clinic and I absolutely loved it. I was assisted by Erlin and she made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire session, she made sure i was okay throughout the entire session and kept on giving me full explanations as to what she was going to do next. Overall i loved the experience, Erlin did a great job and will definitely be visiting again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Be very careful of this place before making any payments. They will do a consultation, and demand to make a payment before starting any service. But they will not explain the refund policy. If you change your mind in case of any emergency even less than 24 hours, and do not avail their services at all, they refuse to return your money back in full or at all. They hide behind policy, and their quality department.
These are underhand practices and daylight robbery and very poor consumer policies.
They only know how to push product and do not care about the client.
I will never recommend Kaya to anyone.

Edit: Your Mega Mall Clinic already has all my details. I did not avail any services. Just a consultation! Please return my money back to me. I would not trust such a thieving organization ever! I will also lodge complaints with Consumer Rights Protection and the Ministry of Health of such underhand practices. Return my money back as no services were performed or rendered!

Amazing! The staff is always very sweet and welcoming. I have had 3 laser sessions till now and all those time Ms Erlin has been super sweet , patient and great

This Clinic deserves less than 1 star. My wife went for a consultation only, at Mega Mall Branch, paid for treatments which she did not use or avail. The next day, less than 24 hours, she went back to cancel the treatment as she had to travel on emergency. The Manager was so dis-respectful of her situation and insisted on carrying out a medical procedure before she travels. This is unethical.
Now Kaya does not want to return our money back for treatments they did not perform. Stating that the Finance department refused our request for refund. How can they take our money and not perform any services. This is stealing.
They also did not explain refund policies at the time of payment. Now they are hiding behind their Quality & Finance departments, by not returning our money.
I will be lodging complaints with the Consumer Protection Department, the Ministry of Health and the Newspapers.
They need to return our money for services that were not DONE!

I've visited Kaya Skin Clinic sharjah mega Mall Branch 3 times for my soft light. Mrs Surumi is the best Soft Light hand in this Branch. I'm very thankful to Mrs Surumi. I'm giving her 5 out of 5. ????

Extremely satisfied with the service provided by Kaya at Sharjah Mega Mall. From the moment you enter the clinic, be greeted warmly and taken care of by lovely Yvonne who is super efficient and helpful in putting you at ease before your appointment. The doctors are friendly and professional. Therapist Erlin was highly proficient in completing my treatment and was very patient and pleasant. Highly recommend Kaya !

My laser treatment is going on.. so far my experience is good surumi has done it with lot of professionalism and safety. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I did two laser hair removal sessions so far and all is good. Staff is very nice and helpful. Marainne did my second session, she is very nice, professional and patient. Nour from the reception is also great. Thanks to you all :)
