تجربة سيئة جدا جدا جدا .. اعتقد ان ما يقدمونه مجرد وعود غير حقيقية .. المسؤولين غير متواجدين خلال محاولاتي مقابلتهم .. والوصول لهم صعب جدا .. والموظفين لا حول لهم ولا قوة فقط ينفذون المطلوب بحذافيره

دائرة حكومية في امارة الشارقة نتصل من الساعة 8 للساعة 8:30 ومحد يرد ؟؟ ليش محد مداوم ؟ وين الموظفين ؟؟ كل يوم نفس الطريقة ????

الاستقبال الرئيسي يتم الاستجابة ولكن الاقسام المعنية الرد و التواصل ضعيف جدا اسبوع بغيت اتواصل مع احد الاقسام و الى الان لم اصل الى اي نتيجة.. !

اتصل يردون وتبند المكالمه !! واتصل مره ثانيه ونفس طريقه الرد الاسلوب سيء ارجو تدريبهم على طريقه الرد على المكالمات

جدا منصدم من بعض الموظفات ومستغرب كيف تعاملهم وردهم على التلفون ابدا ماشي اسلوب في الرد ولا الحديث كني اتشحت. هذا وأنا استفسر. لازم يكون فيه اسلوب في الرد وخاصه لما يتصل كبير بالسن ومقصوص عنه مبلغ من سنوات
