For Biometric and finger scanning appointments this is the place. I was told to go customer happiness Centre drove around till I realised this is the place to enter for biometric appointments the customer happiness centre is inside. Nonetheless great customer service happy faces very welcoming and extremely helpful not a long wait I was in and out before my appointment even began. (+ No PCR REQUIRED to enter )

Went there for biometrics. Extremely disappointing experience, rude and inattentive staff. Arrived there by appointment, no one even cared that I have an appointment or not. Extremely unorganized and everything is random. Ive been to other locations and they were incomparably better than this location.

I read in the comments that this place can get busy.
I went here mid-week but the whole process was done in 10 minutes.
I was third in line when I arrived before 12pm.
There were multiple counters to accommodate ladies.
The lady in the reception was very nice and helpful, too.
I do want to point out that this building is not serviceable by Careem. I used 'Sharjah National Park' as my drop off point instead and asked the taxi driver to take me further and that I'll pay him the difference.

EDITED TO ADD:
Changing my rating from 5 to 4 stars since I had a problem with my biometrics. I already received the EID and went about my affairs. Unfortunately, transactions did not push through because my biometrics were not found in the system. I reported it and was asked to return to this office location and redo the biometrics procedure. The payment was waived, but still, the whole effort of going back and waiting until the new EID was printed was kind of a hassle.
If there was indeed a problem with the biometrics, the EID printing shouldn't have taken place and delivered to me. Also, there should have been an option to capture the fingerprints at an office that was closest to my address.

Pathetic services by emirates id.
In whole shj city there is no facility for ladies finger print, except rahmaniya which is so far away.
They wont entertain without appointment even if they are free.
If you dont hv paper they wont accept soft copy. You hv to print and get it, while everything else is going digital. This paper is only for few minutes then u throw away.
No option for weekend or night for working people.

Yea lease make it simple. Ecopy of emid ahould be ok to accept people for finger print, while orig passport is available.

This is where you have to take the biometrics/fingerprint scanning for Emirates id under Sharjah visa.
Sometimes crowded. Won't allow a backpack inside. Only files in hand are allowed. Al Hosn must be green is mandatory.

I had one of the most pleasant experience with the service offered. My special thanks goes to Mr. Yousuf who went over the board to resolve my issue. He was patient, courteous and acted promptly. Most importantly, he communicated and guided me through the process. Also, I should not miss out to thank personnel at the reception area. Overall, its a 10 out of 5 stars. God bless this beautiful country and its leadership.
