Booked a taxi and received confirmation via text. Taxi never show up. Tried to call two times, 20 minutes before my booking to check they had it and then also at the time of my booking. Phone was either disconnected after a registered message or nobody picked up. Either way, terrible. Do not reccomend I'm afraid there are better competitors and do not live up to their fancy name.

Excellent service, used them on multiple occasions, even with delayed flights they were still there, had no issues at all, highly recommend!

One thing you need to do if you need an airport transfer book with Royal Cars Canterbury. Very punctual and professional. Highly recommend! ????
