Very very worse service I suppose to give 0 star rating There is no proper communication from the courier which very important to me that courier and even courier person also not even prior to call for the delivery. When he called me for the delivery I was unable to answer the call. After 30 mins I return call him and He said he will try to deliver by the end of the day. Then I waited untill next morning and I call him back he saying I was day off today.
So finally one thing I realized from your courier there no responsibility about the courier and your courier boys doesn't have proper responsibility about the courier. first of all teach them how to communicate to the people.

item arrived 730 morning. i was msged for location 1030. when i didnt reply they called me to check the msg. very professional. item arrived 12 ! ????????????????????????

The worth courier company in UAE, never, never give any work to this company, they are so strange, never answer calls, never deliver on time, they are useless, if you need headaches, stress, do deliveries with this company, please google delete this company location on google map, zero star

The deliveryman from BFL brazenly calls and writes to urgently send him the location. Wasting my personal time! Although all the information is already in the documents! Disgusting service!

Used to send from Dubai branch, this is the first time to use Sharjah branch and definitely not the last. Conveniently located at King Faisal Street. Thank you SkyEx.

The best service to send a quick parcel.
I personally had to send a package to India, and in AED 75 the package reached the destination in 3 days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND their service!
