A great place to take a car on rental basis.

I took one for a month and extended for another month. All the TEAM MEMBERS are amazingly helpful and always ready to help you with a smile. They are very welcoming and ever ready to assist you, including the person who checks the car for damages, before handing over the car.

Unfortunately, I do not remember his name as well as the names of two fine ladies and the senior person to them.

Mr. Shamsuddin is there to give tailor made solutions for you.

Please keep up the good work everyone and a big ‘Thank you’ from my side.

One of the best car rentals in UAE in my overall experience. They give you the car 100% clean, And the car prices are so affordable.Thank you so much for the great service. Especially the staff are very friendly

I have used Sphinx Rent A Car several times in the past as well and have never regretted it. The staff are polite and helpful and took care of my request very quickly. The price was very reasonable and the car was beautiful and clean. Thanks to Sphinx I really enjoyed my holiday there!

I was in Dubai for vacation and used their services. They are very professional and made it enjoyable/full of fun!

The worst rent a car service. I rented a car and I gave 1500 dirhams cash as a deposit. I gave the car back and they said after 15 days they will give me back the deposit money. I came back to claim my deposit money but they said I should have call them prior for collecting the deposit money so that they can arrange the cash. First of all it's part of your service to update with customer about her fines and deposit should be kept aside for her. Within 15 days I did not received any calls if I got fines or not, and they want me to call them if I will come or not. I was not inform that I have to call them first and I thought that my deposit will be keep aside for me. I told them my house is far and I really have to come in this purpose only. But they dont have the cash that means our deposit is not secure with them. They told me to come back on monday as if I have all the time for them. Very unprofessional staff. Not even apologising for the poor service. Please I advise you not to give them cash deposit. Not recommended rent a car service.
