A nice, small and a clean place. Since it is located quite close to the universities, the subs keep going out and hence the ingredients available is always fresh. I've noticed that this place has a very low rating on zomato but it's mostly because of their delivery or that they have messed up the order. :) when I ordered today they did take quite a lot of time to just confirm my order.
Other than that I haven't had any problem with the delivery or my sub till now. Oh they also charge 5aed for delivery which I think is a bit too much.

Offers the same standard menu. Staff seemed to be busy with delivery orders but were helpful when serving us. Unlike restaurants nearby, subway offers indoor seating. Big enough to allow for comfortable seating. With the new renovations, there are now plenty of parking spots in front of and around the shop which is great. Also unlike nearby restaurants, they do not have someone standing outside to take orders from cars. You have to go in yourself to make your order and receive it.

Worst subway branch i have ever visited ..not welcoming /bad attitude of staff ..really undertrained!!

Very bad. I ordered by phone and WhatsApp communications for the details of my order at 9:30 am with a specific delivery time at least between 10:30-11 am but the delivery did not come on time they are late by more than 40 minutes. Their location is only 9 minutes away from us.

Super dissapointed.
I ordered as always roasted chicken sandwich and the toaster was not working so the empolyees thought its a good idea to lie to my face and try to make fun of me by putting the bread with the chicken inside the toaster and acting like they press the button and wait for 2 minutes to take out. What a shameful behavior.
And when i exposed their lie she told me that she is sorry but the toaster isnt working, like she is not aware how horrible is lying to a costumer and think that he is stupid enough to believe it.
Its not first i encounter when going to a subway branch and the toaster is not working, the employee will tell me and i will be ok with it.

THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED! but they couldnt be more care less with their cold response.
