Great residential building has a good size heated pool and playground. Its pet friendly and has 1,2 and 3 bedroom water front views
The lobby is clean and modern this is a new build with carparking inside on 5 levels. The access to Dubai is great from here miss all the heavy traffic.
It costs more then most buildings 80k for a 3 bedroom flat but you get what you pay for.
There is a pharmacy on the ground floor and a supermarket opening within weeks.

Building still under construction. Spacious flats with water front views on the border of Dubai with gym and swimming at a very affordable price.
