I recently decided to take a coffee break here after a shopping spree. The place was quite full as it was a Saturday. A sofa seat was vacated just as we entered so we informed the staff that we would like to sit there. They acknowledged it but did not come forward to sanitize or clean the table or anything so don't expect any extra immaculate sanitization here. Perhaps the customers before us did not eat much at the table. However given the current times it would have been nice if they sanitized the seats and table before we sat.
Moving on to my order, I was trying to decide what to order when the staff at the counter suggested I try the new Salted Pistachio drink. I told him I didn't think it was my thing but he kept insisting (to an uncomfortable level) and so I gave in. Unfortunately the drink was too sweet for my taste.
Nevertheless, I find the location pretty nice and bright so I would still go back if needed but this time stay firm on my own choice of drink.

+ Very polite and customer caring staff.
+ Liked the salted hot chocolate drink and cappuccino coffee.
+ Great place to spend some quality great time with your loved ones, family and friends.
+ You can sit for as long as you wish.

Very disappointing experience especially when dealing with the staff as they dont know how to handel regular customers

Always been regular in this coffee shop, whenever I'm visiting Sahara mall I never missed to have an hour in caribous. Staff is really friendly, especial mention to Ms. Susan she is such a lovely lady. Asset to the company. It makes my mood good while having there signature coffee salted caramel.

I recently visited Sahara center for a business meeting and was looking for charging options for my laptop, there Caribou coffee with ample amount of connecting points which was blessing in disguise, and thought of ordering a coffee. They have some new product Berry white chocolate , so ordered and my friend ordered something with toffee nut. Both were turned good and we enjoyed coffee.

Nice location within Sahara shopping Mall in Sharjah. Have a wonderful staff, very friendly . I tried the new product the salted Honey mocha cold and it was very good.

Today I’ve been to Sahara center branch, and told the staff “Sharon” that I’m waiting for a friend to come. Then a one min later, she came to my table and told me it’s not allowed to wait without ordering!!!
She told me to order NOW or to leave the cafe!!
